I also love Lee Garmes' amazing cinematography in this film. Gary Cooper and Sylvia Sidney are both excellent, as is Guy Kibbee, a character actor who adds such a lot to so many movies. I can hardly believe that this great pre-Code still hasn't had any kind of DVD release, even on Warner Archive - with its great cast and director, it's a mystery. JudyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
